Bhudevi Infra Projects rises on commencing development of residential project in Telangana
Bhudevi Infra Projects is currently trading at Rs. 184.30, up by 1.05 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 183.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 181.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 185.00 and Rs. 174.10 respectively. So far 51941 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 305.15 on 14-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 125.20 on 31-Jul-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 193.00 and Rs. 163.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 84.58 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.18%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.00% and 28.82% respectively.
Bhudevi Infra Projects has commenced the development of its residential project (Bhudevi Aurum Phase-1) at TGPA, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. As part of the project, the company has also undertaken the development and construction of a 40-ft road and drainage system of 450 meters at TGPA, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, outside the company's project, ‘Bhudevi Aurum Phase-1’ which is presently in the pipeline.
The said project is likely to contribute around Rs 170 crore to its revenue over the next four years, subject to applicable approvals, execution timelines and prevailing market conditions.
