BHEL gains on getting NOA from NTPC

Bharat Heavy Electricals is currently trading at Rs. 270.90, up by 4.75 points or 1.78% from its previous closing of Rs. 266.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 274.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 274.20 and Rs. 269.20 respectively. So far 828112 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 335.40 on 09-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 113.50 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 274.20 and Rs. 249.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 94242.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.17%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.12% and 12.70% respectively.

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has received a Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC for 1x800 MW Sipat Supercritical Thermal Power Project Stage-III District: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The size of the order is more than Rs 6,100 crore excluding GST. The Completion of Facilities (COF) by 48 months from the date of Notification of award.
