Bharat Forge inches up on reporting 24% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Bharat Forge has reported 16.76% fall in its net profit at Rs 288.04 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 346.04 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 0.77% at Rs 2,110.98 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 2,127.33 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 24.18% rise in its net profit at Rs 264.21 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 212.76 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 24.80% at Rs 4,385.41 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 3,513.91 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
