Bharat Dynamics gains on bagging additional orders worth Rs 2461.62 crore

Bharat Dynamics is currently trading at Rs. 1540.00, up by 10.50 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 1529.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1560.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1561.95 and Rs. 1530.30 respectively. So far 83702 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2096.00 on 30-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 908.90 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1561.95 and Rs. 1460.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 56567.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.93%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.73% and 11.34% respectively.

Bharat Dynamics has secured additional orders worth Rs 2461.62 crore from Indian Army. The major orders received include ATGMs and SAM (Emergency Procurement). The order for ATGMs to be executed in a span of 42 months, while SAMs to be executed in a span of 12 months.

Earlier, the company had signed a contract worth Rs 2,095.70 crore with Ministry of Defence for the supply of Invar Anti-tank missiles for the Indian Army.
