Berger Paints trades higher despite reporting marginal decline in Q3 consolidated net profit
Berger Paints India is currently trading at Rs. 484.85, up by 8.90 points or 1.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 475.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 476.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 492.90 and Rs. 470.00 respectively. So far 154628 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 629.60 on 17-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 437.80 on 30-Dec-2024.

Berger Paints India has reported 16.27% rise in its net profit at Rs 306.08 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 263.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased marginally by 2.44% at Rs 2653.80 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 2590.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal decline of 1.40% in its net profit at Rs 295.97 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 300.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased marginally by 3.26% at Rs 2995.30 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 2900.77 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
