Bartronics India surges on entering into MoU with Bestvantage Technology India

Bartronics India is currently trading at Rs. 22.27, up by 0.41 points or 1.88% from its previous closing of Rs. 21.86 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 21.96 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 22.29 and Rs. 21.96 respectively. So far 74979 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 28.67 on 14-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.76 on 21-Sep-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.29 and Rs. 20.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 677.38 crore.

Bartronics India has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bestvantage Technology India. The primary aim of MoU is to leverage Bestvantage's expertise in alternative investments and start-up verification to uncover potential opportunities that align with Bartronics' strategic goals.

Bartronics India (BIL) is a provider of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions. Incorporated in 1990, the company is engaged in providing solutions in bar coding, AIDC technologies, RFID, POS and smart cards.
