Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India informs about transactions in units through NCDEX Nidhi
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) for the Schemes of the Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.
Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that, with reference to the SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated March 20, 2026, which states that stock exchange infrastructure, including terminals and online platforms, can be used for facilitating transactions in mutual fund schemes, the Schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund shall be available for transactions through the NCDEX Nidhi Platform (Platform) with effect from November 05, 2026.
All Schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund (Fund), excluding the Exchange Traded Funds shall be available for transaction through the NCDEX Nidhi with effect from November 05, 2026.
The SID and KIM of the eligible Schemes and SAI of the Fund shall stand modified to the extent mentioned above. This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, SID & KIM of the respective schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the SAI, SID & KIM remain unchanged.
