Bajel Projects rises on executing JV agreement to set up joint venture entity in Saudi Arabia

Bajel Projects is currently trading at Rs. 166.55, up by 0.65 points or 0.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 165.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 165.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 167.60 and Rs. 162.25 respectively. So far 21860 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 262.00 on 17-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 142.75 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 169.20 and Rs. 155.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1926.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.46% and 28.01% respectively.

Bajel Projects has executed a Joint Venture Agreement (JV Agreement) with Al Sharif Contracting and Commercial Development Company based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for setting up a joint venture entity in KSA to undertake EPC business for High Voltage, Extra High Voltage, Overhead Transmission Lines, Substations, underground cabling etc. Both parties will hold 50% stake in the proposed entity.
