Bajaj Finance moves up on raising Rs 1,455.40 crore via NCDs
Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs. 964.40, up by 5.30 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 959.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 951.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 971.10 and Rs. 951.65 respectively. So far 304675 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1102.45 on 23-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 788.40 on 23-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 971.10 and Rs. 938.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 600399.90 crore.

Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 1,455.40 crore through the allotment of 1,39,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at face value of Rs 1 lakh each and issue price of Rs 1,04,705.27 per NCD (including discount of Rs 1,551.2) on private placement basis. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on June 18, 2026, has allotted the same.
