Axiscades Technologies surges on getting nod to raise up to Rs 200 crore via NCDs
Axiscades Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1755.00, up by 43.20 points or 2.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 1711.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1715.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1,780.00 and Rs. 1707.20 respectively. So far 6511 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2210.00 on 11-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1061.00 on 22-Jan-2026.

Axiscades Technologies has received approval for raising of funds through issuance of Unrated, Unlisted, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs 200 crore on a private placement basis.
The proceeds of the issue will be utilized towards the acquisition of Cloud Wave Technologies, a Bengaluru-based Company which operates in the precision engineering and manufacturing industry, and for financing related transaction expenses. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on September 05, 2026 has considered and approved the same.
