Avantel soars on bagging purchase order worth Rs 11.19 crore
Avantel is currently trading at Rs. 168.45, up by 4.70 points or 2.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 163.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 163.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 169.45 and Rs. 162.85 respectively. So far 100480 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 215.00 on 10-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 90.30 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 169.45 and Rs. 154.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4467.81 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.60% and 62.32% respectively.
Avantel has received purchase order worth of Rs 11.19 crore (Excl. Taxes) from M/s. NewSpace India. The company has received order for supply, installation and commissioning of devices for Xponders. The said order is to be executed by July 2026.
Earlier, the company had received a purchase order worth of Rs 1.76 crore (Excluding Taxes) on January 1, 2025, for supply of Satcom Products from M/s. Bharat Electronics.
Avantel is actively involved in design and development of products based on High Power Broad band Wireless, Satellite Communication and Broad band access technologies.
