Avantel rises on bagging purchase order worth Rs 43.25 crore

Avantel is currently trading at Rs. 110.10, up by 3.05 points or 2.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 114.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 115.00 and Rs. 109.25 respectively. So far 44385 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 223.80 on 09-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 86.05 on 14-Mar-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 119.90 and Rs. 99.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2619.79 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.07% and 60.36% respectively.
Avantel has received a purchase order worth of Rs 43.25 crore (including taxes) dated February 19, 2025, from M/s NewSpace India. The order is for supply, installation and commissioning of devices for Xponders. The order is to be executed by August 2025
Avantel is actively involved in design and development of products based on High Power Broad band Wireless, Satellite Communication and Broad band access technologies.
