Avantel moves higher on bagging purchase order worth Rs 11.06 crore

Avantel is currently trading at Rs 163.00, up by 8.00 points or 5.16% from its previous closing of Rs 155.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 155.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs 164.90 and Rs 155.55 respectively. So far 515042 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 212.61 on 09-Jul-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 90.30 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 164.90 and Rs 150.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 4238.07 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.88% and 60.55% respectively.
Avantel has bagged purchase order worth Rs 11.06 crore (Incl. Taxes) from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders. The said order is to be executed from April 2026 to August 2029.
Earlier, the company had received a Purchase Order worth of Rs 17.70 crore (Including Taxes) vide mail dated April 29, 2025, from Bharat Electronics.
Avantel is actively involved in design and development of products based on High Power Broad band Wireless, Satellite Communication and Broad band access technologies.
