Atishay soars on securing work order worth Rs 4.23 crore

Atishay is currently trading at Rs. 153.60, up by 6.40 points or 4.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 147.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 141.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.25 and Rs. 141.00 respectively. So far 4956 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 235.00 on 27-Mar-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 119.40 on 29-Sep-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 154.75 and Rs. 141.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 169.33 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.65%, while Non-Institutions held 25.35% stake in the company.

Atishay has secured a new work order from the Municipal corporation Ludhiana, Government of Punjab (Authority). The said Work Order pertains to Digitization of official records of Municipal corporation Ludhiana. The documents would comprise around 165 lakh pages (including pages of varying sizes, Pay Bill Registers etc.) and may be increased/decreased at the time of actual execution of the work.

The total value of the work order is Rs 4.23 crore, inclusive of applicable GST, with a stipulated completion timeline of 3 years (Including AMC phase). This successive work order not only augments the company’s order book but also enhances revenue visibility and reinforces the company’s position as a trusted implementation partner for large-scale Government digitisation projects.
