Aster DM Healthcare moves up as its arm to set up new Aster Woman and Children Hospital in Hyderabad

Aster DM Healthcare is currently trading at Rs. 423.15, up by 1.70 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 421.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 425.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 431.55 and Rs. 422.60 respectively. So far 79703 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 558.30 on 15-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 309.05 on 09-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 438.45 and Rs. 408.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21306.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 43.43% and 14.69% respectively.

Aster DM Healthcare’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Sri Sainatha Multispecialty Hospitals has entered into Lease Agreement with Aparna Constructions and Estates on September 22, 2024 for setting up new Aster Woman and Children Hospital in Hyderabad.

The agreement is being entered with a third party and there is no conflict of interest, and no nominee is on the board of Directors of the Company.
