Ashiana Housing soars on reporting over 2-fold jump in value of area sold in Q3FY25

The scrip opened at Rs. 380.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 395.90 and Rs. 379.65 respectively. So far 109787 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 468.00 on 20-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 268.90 on 13-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 395.90 and Rs. 345.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3878.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.31% and 23.58% respectively.

Ashiana Housing has reported 161.28% jump in value of area sold to Rs 454.31 crore in Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 173.88 crore a year ago. However, on a sequential basis, the value of the area sold stood at Rs 672.54 crore. 

The company recorded a booking of 451 units in Q3FY25 as compared to 482 units booked in Q2FY25 and 252 units booked in Q3FY24. The company has launched ‘Ashiana Swarang, Ashiana Amodh Phase -2, Ashiana Ekansh Phase-4’ in Q3FY25 and sold 183 units (2.86 lakhs sq. ft, value of area sold is Rs 191.27 crore) in Q3FY25 in these projects.

Ashiana Housing is a real estate development company. It is engaged in building residential and commercial projects. The firm also offers retirement resorts, group housing, hotels, retail and facility management.
