Arvind SmartSpaces rises on acquiring new residential project in Bengaluru
Arvind Smartspaces is currently trading at Rs. 597.25, up by 10.35 points or 1.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 586.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 599.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 602.10 and Rs. 592.35 respectively. So far 3994 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 992.30 on 19-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 567.30 on 25-Nov-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 602.10 and Rs. 584.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2737.80 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.82%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.70% and 34.47% respectively.
Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) has acquired a new residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru with a total estimated saleable area of around 4.6 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of around Rs 550 crore. The project is acquired on an outright basis.
This project is located in Nallurahalli area in Whitefield, Bengaluru. This addition follows the acquisition of the ITPL road high-rise project signed in FY25. Whitefield continues to be one of the most dynamic real estate markets in Bengaluru, consistently attracting strong demand from professionals and families seeking premium living spaces. Over the past decade, the region has evolved into a premier residential and commercial hub, driven by its proximity to major IT parks, global corporations, and a thriving social infrastructure.
This would be ASL’s 9th high rise project in Bengaluru. The company entered the Bengaluru market in 2013 and has until now added 13 projects across the region with 6 projects having already been delivered and 7 in various stages of development/pre-launch.
