Apar Industries shines on getting nod to incorporate subsidiary in United Kingdom

The scrip opened at Rs. 13422.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 14642.00 and Rs. 13300.00 respectively. So far 22114 shares were traded on the counter.

Apar Industries has secured approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary of the company in United Kingdom. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 24, 2026 has approved the same. The wholly owned subsidiary is being incorporated with an objective of carrying out trading business in Conductors, OPGW, Rods and Cables. The cost of subscription is 1 lakh British pound.
Additionally, the board of directors has approved further investment of up to 30 lakh Brazilian real in the company’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Apar Industries Latam, Brazil. The fund infusion is proposed to be made in current FY 2026-27 or in the following Financial Year, in single / multiple tranche/s. The purpose of having Apar Industries Latam in place is to avail potential opportunities in South and Latin America by participating in tenders opened in such areas and to trade in Conductors, OPGW, Rods and Cables. Most of the tender conditions stipulate the participation by Local Entities or preference to Local entities in Brazil.
