Anlon Healthcare has incorporated a subsidiary namely ‘Anlon Healthcare Nigeria’ in Nigeria on September 20, 2026. The purpose of incorporation of this subsidiary is aligned with the company’s long-term growth objective. Considering this subsidiary would be manufacturing, importing, processing, producing, trading, packaging, selling, blending, making of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), pharmaceutical bulk drugs, intermediates and Finished Dosage Formulations for human use, cosmetic and personal care products, surgical implants and medical devices. The company intends to leverage this opportunity in order to strategically complement and expand its existing business in the West African market. This subsidiary will provide access to 16 Western African Countries via its local entity.
The company holds 90% of the share capital of Anlon Healthcare Nigeria i.e. 90 million equity shares of face value Naira 1 each of the subsidiary company.
