Angel One trades jubilantly on reporting 51% growth in client base in November

Angel One is currently trading at Rs. 3195.00, up by 252.90 points or 8.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 2942.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2976.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3198.00 and Rs. 2976.05 respectively. So far 91293 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3,246.00 on 06-Dec-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1000.00 on 01-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3246.00 and Rs. 2904.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25913.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.26%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.23% and 34.51% respectively.

Angel One has reported 51.3% growth in client base to 18.45 million in November 2023 as against 12.19 million recorded in November 2022. The company's client base rose by 3.8% month on month (MoM) from 17.78 million clients in October 2023. 

Its overall average daily turnover (ADTO) stood at Rs 34,36,300 crore in November 2023 as against to Rs 12,97,100 crore in November 2022, i.e. up by 164.9%. Average daily turnover from F&O segment stood at Rs 33,93,600 crore, in November 2023. Cash segment’s ADTO was at Rs 5000 crore in same period.

The company's retail turnover market share in overall equity segment stood at 26.7% in November 2023 as against to 21.1% in November 2022 and 26.5% in October 2023. F&O market share stood at 26.8% in November 2023. The company's retail turnover market share in Cash segment and commodity segment stood at 15.2% and 56.7% respectively in the same month.
