Allied Digital Services zooms on getting LoI worth Rs 190 crore

Allied Digital Services is currently trading at Rs. 164.50, up by 10.40 points or 6.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 154.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 154.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 169.20 and Rs. 151.90 respectively. So far 43093 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 201.40 on 23-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 71.50 on 29-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 169.20 and Rs. 150.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 840.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.26%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.09% and 46.66% respectively.

Allied Digital Services has received Letter of Intent (LoI) for Taloja (town in Navi Mumbai) Smart Industrial City Solution contract, valued at Rs 190 crore. This transformative project spans an 18-month implementation period, followed by a 60-month Operations and Maintenance phase.

The scope of work for this project encompasses the establishment of an Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) at both the Corporation's Head office and the Industrial Township. The ICCC software will seamlessly integrate with a Cloud-based Data Center/Disaster Recovery system. In addition, the project includes the deployment of a state-of-the-art CCTV-based Surveillance System to enhance security and monitoring capabilities.

Al driven Smart infrastructure elements will play a crucial role in creating a connected and responsive urban environment. This includes the installation of Smart Poles equipped with CCTV, Air Quality Monitoring (AQM) Sensors, Smart Street Lighting, Digital Billboards, Emergency Call Boxes and a Public Address System.

Further, the project involves the implementation of a Smart Water Metering system with seamless integration of data into the ICCC and Water Billing System (WBS). A Variable Messaging Display System will be introduced for real-time communication and information dissemination. The establishment of a robust Optical Fiber Connectivity network will link field devices with the ICCC to ensure efficient and reliable data transmission.

One of the innovative components of the project involves utilizing Drone-based 3D mapping technology to create a comprehensive Geographical Information System (GIS). This GIS will enhance spatial awareness and planning capabilities, contributing to the overall success of the Smart City Solution.
