Allcargo Gati Elevates Narayanam Sesha Srikanth to Head of Human Resources
Allcargo Gati Limited (formerly Gati Limited), one of India’s premier Express Distribution and Supply Chain Management company, has elevated Mr. Narayanam Sesha Srikanth to the position of head of human at Gati Express & Supply Chain Private Limited (Material Subsidiary of Allcargo Gati Limited) with effect from January 03, 2025.
Mr. Sesha has been an integral part of the Allcargo Gati team since August 2016, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth journey. With over two decades of experience spanning talent acquisition, employee engagement, business partnerships, and change management, he brings a wealth of expertise to this new role.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sesha has been known for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering impactful workforce initiatives, and leading transformative efforts across various industries. His professional journey includes key roles at globally renowned organizations such as Genpact, Infosys, Cognizant, and Matrimony.com, where he developed a track record of driving meaningful outcomes through effective human resource practices.
