Alfa Transformers zooms after bagging orders worth Rs 62.54 lakh

Alfa Transformers is currently trading at Rs 74.95, up by 6.04 points or 8.77% from its previous closing of Rs 68.91 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 68.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs 75.80 and Rs 68.05 respectively. So far 175165 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 162.95 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 59.93 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 75.80 and Rs 60.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 69.32 crore.

Alfa Transformers has secured purchase orders worth Rs 62.54 lakh for its Bhubaneswar plant. Of the total, the company has secured purchase orders worth of Rs 31.27 lakh from Rungta Mines and Rs 31.27 lakh from Rungta Sons. The orders are for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of 2MVA, /0.43311KV, Onan Cooled, Dyn11 Power Distribution Transformers. The orders are expected to be completed within 4 to 6 weeks.
Earlier, the company had received a purchase order worth of Rs 73.16 lakh from Aaryan Ventura for its Bhubaneswar plant. The order is for design, manufacturing and supply of 5000KVA, 33/11KV, 5 MVA outdoor type copper wound power transformers with off Load Tap changer.
Alfa Transformers is engaged in the production of Electrical Distribution & Power Transformers. The company is a major supplier to utilities, multinationals and domestic corporate.
