Affle (India) soars on getting another patent in US

Affle (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1432.55, up by 22.45 points or 1.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 1410.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1418.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1463.95 and Rs. 1404.95 respectively. So far 15593 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1,463.95 on 12-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 990.00 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1463.95 and Rs. 1339.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20080.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.50% and 13.37% respectively.

Affle (India) has been granted another patent in the US, which was filed previously. This enhances the overall granted IP portfolio of the Company.

The patent subject area is ‘Method and system for enabling an interaction between a user and a podcast’. This patent is related to the field of optimizing user engagements by enabling an interaction between a user and a podcast using a podcast interaction system based on machine learning. This grant fortifies its AI-driven contextual recommendations and the consumer platform optimisations spanning the entire consumers’ digital journey, including within live streams such as podcasts.

This is company’s 10th patent grant out of a total IP portfolio of 36 Patents filed by Affle, powering futuristic use cases of its Consumer Platform Tech Stack.
