Aditya Birla SL AMC announces change in custodian
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (the Fund). Notice is hereby given that, HDFC Bank has been appointed as the custodian of the securities (excluding commodities) held under the Schemes of the Fund with effect from July 18, 2026. HDFC Bank, having its office at HDFC Bank House, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai- 400 013 is registered with SEBI as a custodian vide registration number- IN/CUS/001. Citibank, N.A ceases to be the custodian for securities with effect from close of business hours of July 17, 2026.
In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in the SAI of the Fund. All other features and terms & conditions of SAI of the Fund shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI read with the Addenda issued thereunder.
