Aditya Birla Real Estate inches up as its arm enters Navi Mumbai redevelopment market
Aditya Birla Real Estate is currently trading at Rs. 1393.50, up by 0.40 points or 0.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 1393.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1406.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1426.75 and Rs. 1383.15 respectively. So far 5688 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1974.50 on 17-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1080.10 on 16-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1447.95 and Rs. 1368.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15603.89 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.86% and 23.93% respectively.
Aditya Birla Real Estate’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Birla Estates has entered into the Navi Mumbai market with the redevelopment of Shiv Sai Co-operative Housing Society in Vashi, undertaken jointly with an affiliate of Priyanka Group, a reputed developer in Navi Mumbai. The project carries a total revenue potential of around Rs 2,600 crore.
The project spans a land parcel of 3.06 acres (around 12382 sq.mts) comprising premium and luxury residences. Strategically positioned in prime neighbourhood in Vashi, the project benefits from direct connectivity to the Sion-Panvel Highway and proximity to Vashi railway station. The upcoming Gold Line metro, proposed to connect Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) and Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) via Vashi, is expected to further strengthen the location's connectivity profile. The luxury residences will offer exceptional views of the sea, gardens, and surrounding mangroves. The project will be developed in line with Birla Estates broader sustainability commitments across its portfolio.
