Aditya Birla Capital gains on raising Rs 300 crore through NCDs

Aditya Birla Capital has raised Rs 300 crore through the allotment of 30,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 per Debenture on private placement basis, to multiple investors, on September 2, 2026. The NCDs will mature on June 25, 2031.
