Adani Green Energy surges as its arm receives LOA from APDCL
Adani Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 1096.15, up by 19.60 points or 1.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 1076.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1077.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1104.80 and Rs. 1074.60 respectively. So far 88549 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1519.00 on 14-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 758.00 on 03-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1104.80 and Rs. 1032.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 180349.32 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.27% and 23.30% respectively.
Adani Green Energy’s Wholly-owned Subsidiary -- Adani Saur Urja (KA) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Assam Power Distribution Company (APDCL) for procurement of 500 MW energy storage capacity from Pumped Hydro Storage plant. The capacity is secured through the competitive bidding conducted by APDCL. The Annual Fixed Cost (tariff) payable under the LOA is Rs 1.02 crore per MW per Annum for the entire period of 40 years from COD.
