Adani Green Energy inches up as its arm incorporates wholly-owned subsidiaries
Adani Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 1019.70, up by 1.05 points or 0.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 1018.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1018.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1023.45 and Rs. 1012.00 respectively. So far 24233 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1179.20 on 23-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 758.00 on 03-Mar-2025.

Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven (AREH11L) has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, Adani Ecogen Eight (AE8L) on January 05, 2026 and Adani Ecogen Six (AE6L) on January 06, 2026. The main objective of AE6L and AE8L is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.
Earlier, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- AREH11L had incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary namely ‘Adani Ecogen Five’ (AE5L) on January 01, 2026.
Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
