Adani Enterprises’ step-down subsidiary -- Horizon Aero Solutions (HASL) has completed acquisition of 100% shareholding in Indamer Technics (ITPL). With this, Indamer Technics has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company. The objective of acquisition is to expand company’s footprint in the Aircraft Services & MRO industry. The cost of acquisition is Rs 330 crore.
