Adani Energy Solutions trades jubilantly on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Adani Energy Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 1125.30, up by 65.00 points or 6.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 1060.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1083.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1135.80 and Rs. 1073.75 respectively. So far 68883 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2440.20 on 27-Jan-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 630.00 on 01-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1150.00 and Rs. 1029.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 124857.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.31% and 5.46% respectively.

Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company in the name of ‘Adani Energy Solutions Step-Twelve’ on January 27, 2024. The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary for transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services relating thereto.
