Adani Energy Solutions inches up as its arm signs PPA with MSEDCL
Adani Energy Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 1409.00, up by 1.50 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 1407.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1407.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1,411.30 and Rs. 1399.10 respectively. So far 1399 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1789.00 on 21-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 773.50 on 09-Sep-2025.

Adani Energy Solutions’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Powerpulse Trading Solutions (PTSL), upon obtaining the requisite approvals, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) for the supply of 2,500 MW of renewable energy round-the-clock (RTC) power.
The power supply under the PPA will be for a period of 25 years from Scheduled Commencement Date of Supply (SSD). The PPA is aligned with PTSL’s core competencies in multi-source energy aggregation, power portfolio management, and power supply optimisation for its customers. The transaction is expected to further strengthen PTSL's power supply portfolio and reinforce its position in the energy solutions business.
