ACME Solar soars on placing 2 GWh Battery Energy Storage System order through Posco International Corporation

Acme Solar Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 308.20, up by 11.75 points or 3.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 296.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 302.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 314.80 and Rs. 301.40 respectively. So far 283121 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 314.80 on 8-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 167.55 on 28-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 314.80 and Rs. 279.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 18561.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 83.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.37% and 4.22% respectively.

ACME Solar Holdings has placed an order of 2 GWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with leading global energy system supplier - Chuzhou Lishen New Energy Technology Co., through POSCO International Corporation and China FAW Group Import and Export Co. 

Posco International is a global integrated business company based in Korea, and Green Energy is the one of the key focused business sector.  The order will be delivered in phases over next 6 to 10 months and would be deployed across ACME Solar’s FDRE (Firm & Dispatchable Renewable Energy) and standalone BESS projects, scheduled for commissioning over the next 12 to18 months.
