Key Highlights for Q1 till date:

* Highest ever Revenue and EBITDA achieved for the quarter

* Highest ever quarterly CUF achieved at 30.9%

* 600 MW of FDRE/Hybrid PPAs signed with SECI, taking total UC PPA signed capacity to 3,880 MW entailing ~15 GWh[1] BESS installations

* Commissioned ~2.3 GWh BESS, taking total commissioned BESS capacity to ~3.62 GWh

* Phased operationalization of ~3.1 GWh of BESS capacity generated revenue of INR 226 Cr in Q1 FY27

* BESS Capacity ordered for entire UC PPA signed portfolio

* Bids won for short term contracts with INR 1,400+ Cr revenue lock-in for partial sale of FY27 BESS capacity

Consolidated Financial Highlights:

* Total Revenue increased by 63.3% for the quarter (y-o-y basis), driven by higher irradiation, plant performance, RE and BESS capacity addition

* EBITDA margin of 87.1% in Q1 FY27, marginally lower YoY as it also includes cost of power purchased for BESS operations under operating expenses

* PAT stood at INR 235 Cr with PAT margin of 24.7%

 

Business Highlights

* Capacity Commissioned:

* Commissioned ~2.3 GWh during the quarter till date, taking the cumulative commissioned BESS capacity to ~3.62 GWh

* BESS Updates:

* Bids won for short term contracts with INR 1,400+ Cr revenue lock-in for partial sale of FY27 BESS capacity

* Revised upward guidance to commission cumulative 10+ GWh BESS capacity by FY27

* BESS Capacity ordered for entire UC PPA signed portfolio till date, from suppliers including CATL and Hithium among others

 

* PPA Signed:

  • PPAs signed for 600 MW during Q1 FY27:
    • PPA signed for ACME Renewtech Sixth 300 MW FDRE with SECI at a tariff of INR 6.28/unit
    • PPA signed for ACME Renewtech Fifth 300 MW Hybrid with SECI at a tariff of INR 3.25/unit
    • The under construction PPA signed portfolio stands at 3,880 MW

       

  • Financing, and Rating Updates:
    • Debt tied up of over INR 6,000+ Cr for 700 MW of under construction FDRE projects with REC and PFC
    • Weighted average cost of debt for Operational projects stands at 8.4%
    • Operational 300 MW Acme Heergarh project assigned ICRA AA- rating; 150 MW Acme wind projects – Acme Pokhran and Acme Eco Clean assigned Crisil A+ rating
    • Under construction 150 MW Acme Platinum Urja FDRE assigned ICRA A- rating

       

  • Connectivity and Land Update:
  • Connectivity available, secured and/or applied across all under-construction projects, including projects where PPAs are yet to be signed
  • Over 18,000 acres of land acquired for under construction portfolio

Operational Highlights

  • 2,020 million units (MUs) sold in Q1 FY27 up 23.4% from Q1 FY26 driven by capacity addition, higher irradiation and plant performance
  • Capacity utilization factor has increased from 28.5% in Q1 FY26 to 30.9% in Q1 FY27
  • Plant availability and grid availability at 99.2% and 98.8% respectively for Q1 FY27
