ACME Solar Holdings soars on commissioning 52.32 MW out of 300 MW of BESS capacity in Rajasthan
Acme Solar Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 423.60, up by 12.55 points or 3.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 411.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 412.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 429.90 and Rs. 412.25 respectively. So far 56526 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 430.40 on 04-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 195.65 on 27-Jan-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 429.90 and Rs. 402.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 29547.35 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.49% and 5.11% respectively.
ACME Solar Holdings, through its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. ACME Greentech Seventh, has commissioned Phase-II of the BESS component, comprising 52.32 MW/209.28 MWh out of 300 MW / 1200 MWh (Discharge Capacity) of the FDRE Project located at Village: Kelan, Tehsil: Chhatargarh, District: Bikaner, Rajasthan on September 17, 2026. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the same shall be September 19, 2026.
With this, ACME Greentech Seventh has achieved a commissioned capacity of 105.95 MW / 423.80 MWh of the BESS component. Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for this project has been signed with SJVN with long-term project financing from REC. ACME Solar expects to commission the entire BESS capacity for this project by Q3 of the current fiscal.
