ACME Solar Holdings rises on commissioning phase I of BESS project in Rajasthan

Acme Solar Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 407.45, up by 5.60 points or 1.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 401.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 402.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 410.95 and Rs. 402.95 respectively. So far 5155 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 430.40 on 04-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 195.65 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 423.70 and Rs. 390.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 28405.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.49% and 5.11% respectively.

ACME Solar Holdings, through its wholly owned subsidiary - ACME Greentech Seventh, has commissioned Phase I of the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) component, comprising 53.63 MW/300 MWh out of 300 MW / 1581 MWh of the FDRE Project located at Village Kelan, Tehsil Chhatargarh, District Bikaner, Rajasthan, on September 14, 2026. At present, only the BESS component of the project has been commissioned, while the corresponding renewable energy generation component is under development. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the same shall be September 16, 2026.
