ACME Solar Holdings rises as its arm commissions third phase of 75 MW solar power project in Rajasthan

ACME Solar Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 249.30, up by 1.05 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 248.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 250.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 254.00 and Rs. 248.50 respectively. So far 16247 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 292.00 on 04-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 167.55 on 28-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 255.30 and Rs. 247.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15199.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 83.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.83% and 4.75% respectively.

ACME Solar Holdings’ wholly owned subsidiary -- ACME Sikar Solar has commissioned Phase-III of 75 MW of solar power project at Bikaner, Rajasthan on June 09, 2025. With this ACME Sikar Solar has achieved a commissioned capacity of 240 MW out of 300 MW and the balance capacity is under commissioning. With this, the total operational renewable energy capacity of the company has increased to 2,806.4 MW.

Earlier, the company had commissioned Phase-II of 112.5 MW solar power project in Rajasthan on May 19, 2025.
