Ace Software Exports shines on acquiring remaining stake in Ace Infoworld

The scrip opened at Rs. 194.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 210.00 and Rs. 194.40 respectively. So far 43111 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 302.26 on 29-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 106.00 on 02-Jun-2026.

Ace Software Exports has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 8,900 equity shares, representing 1.38% of the fully diluted equity share capital of Ace Infoworld, for a total consideration of Rs 8.02 lakh. As a result, Ace Infoworld has now become wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The acquisition has been completed on August 13, 2026, upon payment of the consideration for the acquisition of the shares.
The acquisition is intended to consolidate the company’s existing holding and acquire complete ownership and control of the entity. The acquisition is in line with the company’s existing IT and software business.
