Aavas Financiers moves up on raising Rs 100 crore through NCDs

Aavas Financiers is currently trading at Rs. 1281.75, up by 6.65 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 1275.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1268.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1290.00 and Rs. 1262.20 respectively. So far 7629 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1774.95 on 13-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1050.25 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1311.80 and Rs. 1258.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10139.37 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.42% and 12.70% respectively.

Aavas Financiers has raised Rs 100 crore through allotment of senior, secured, rated, listed, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 10,000 NCDs having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on a private placement basis. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has approved the allotment on September 11, 2026. 

The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 7.60% per annum and have a tenor of 60 months from the deemed date of allotment i.e. September 11, 2026. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market of the BSE.
