Yes Bank surges on turning black in Q4

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 13.84, up by 0.21 points or 1.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 13.63 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 14.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 14.51 and Rs. 13.65 respectively. So far 16108733 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 16.25 on 07-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.51 on 23-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.51 and Rs. 13.43 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 34651.04 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.98% and 45.02%, stake in the Bank respectively.

Yes Bank has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.

The bank has reported net profit of Rs 367.46 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 3,787.75 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 24.59% at Rs 5,829.22  crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 4,678.59  crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported net profit of Rs 371.88 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 3,790.92 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 24.73% at Rs 5,872.60 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 4,708.22 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, the bank has reported net profit of Rs 1,066.21 crore against net loss of Rs 3,462.23 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 3.33% at Rs 22,285.98 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 23,053.53 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported net profit of Rs 1,064.06 crore against net loss of Rs 3,488.93 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 3.12% at Rs 22,423.52 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 23,146.36 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
