Yes Bank rises on signing MoU with GIFT City

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 16.90, up by 0.10 points or 0.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 16.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 17.05 and Rs. 16.55 respectively. So far 7490691 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 17.88 on 02-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.83 on 09-Sep-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 17.35 and Rs. 16.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 42468.52 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.30% and 44.70%, stake in the Bank respectively.

Yes Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GIFT City in order to promote financial independence. Also, the MoU entails conducting programmes related to international financial services, promoting GIFT City as a FinTech hub in India and exposing young innovators in the FinTech domain to opportunities in India. The intent is also to strengthen and make the fintech ecosystem in GIFT City more robust.

Yes Bank is engaged in providing banking services, including corporate and institutional banking, financial markets, investment banking, corporate finance, branch banking, business and transaction banking, and wealth management.
