Vikas Ecotech is currently trading at Rs. 3.40, up by 0.08 points or 2.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 3.32 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3.34 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3.48 and Rs. 3.34 respectively. So far 491490 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6.90 on 31-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.94 on 26-Sep-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3.48 and Rs. 3.29 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 324.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 9.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.08% and 89.63% respectively.

Vikas Ecotech’s R&D division has collaborated with King Khalid University, Abha 62529, Saudi Arabia. This mutual collaboration will aid to strengthen its R&D Activities, Technology Transfers, for improving and augmenting its product offerings.

R & D Division of Vikas Ecotech, a DSIR recognized center of Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, is working on various cutting-edge researches in multiple fields of advance science which are aiming to improve environment, life, beneficial to overall sustainability. Company’s Research and Development Wing has recently filed a patent in collaboration with the King Khalid University, Abha 62529, Saudi Arabia on “A Process for the designing of Conducting Polymer Nanocomposites on Activated Carbon Membrane for the Removal of Bacterial Contamination from Polluted Waste Water”.

This technology is to develop conducting polymer nanocomposite–based membrane which will be helpful for the removal of E. coli and total coliform from wastewater. These nanocomposites are economically feasible and can find widespread market usage compared to conventional waste water treatment methods. It is through such partnership that among many significant business values, Vikas Ecotech finds another active and prestigious partner in its pursuit for providing better and affordable, advance-technology backed products.
