Vardhman Textiles gains on planning to raise up to Rs 150 crore through NCDs

Vardhman Textiles is currently trading at Rs. 314.85, up by 1.05 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 313.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 316.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 320.80 and Rs. 313.60 respectively. So far 11292 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 564.59 on 15-Mar-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 245.50 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 320.80 and Rs. 302.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9165.33 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.92% and 12.22% respectively.

Vardhman Textiles is planning to raise upto an amount of Rs 150 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement Basis. A meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on March 09, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the same.
