Urja Global is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 10.62, up by 1.77 points or 20.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 10.01 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 10.62 and Rs. 10.01 respectively. So far 3511063 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 14.85 on 25-Jul-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.00 on 29-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.50 and Rs. 7.84 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 591.75 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 28.65%, while Non-Institutions held 71.34% stake in the company.
Urja Global has entered into agreement on June 7, 2023 with Tesla Power India for the purpose of Manufacturing and Supply of batteries under the Tesla Power USA brand. Urja Global will be the Manufacturer and Supplier Partner of Batteries in India. Further, Urja Global will utilize the ‘Tesla Service centers’ for the promotion of their EV Battery Service requirements in respect to E-2 Wheeler Batteries.
