Ujaas Energy posts Q4 net loss of Rs 24.96 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 24.96 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 11.13 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.80 per cent at Rs 11.01 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.71 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.84 per cent to Rs 15.37 crore from Rs 15.82 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 150.00 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 0.12 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 46.24 per cent to Rs -4.36 crore as against Rs -8.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 62.40 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 8.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 558.59 per cent at Rs 14.95 crore (Mar'21 Rs -3.26 crore).
