Tech Mahindra trades higher on openning innovation and technology development centre in Oman

Tech Mahindra is currently trading at Rs. 1131.55, up by 1.05 points or 0.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 1130.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1132.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1136.75 and Rs. 1128.45 respectively. So far 9327 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1837.75 on 30-Dec-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1030.15 on 07-Jul-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1196.65 and Rs. 1111.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 109904.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 35.26 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 52.49 % and 12.25 % respectively.

Tech Mahindra has opened an innovation and technology development centre, in Muscat, Oman. The centre will cater to the telecom, oil and gas, banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), energy & utilities and public sector by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), big data & analytics, cloud, and 5G technologies.

This is in line with Pune-based Tech Mahindra’s commitment to invest in upskilling and reskilling of local talent to take on projects in Oman and around the world.
