Sobha gains on reporting 13% rise in sales value during Q2FY23

Sobha is currently trading at Rs. 638.70, up by 7.85 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 630.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 634.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 646.95 and Rs. 634.45 respectively. So far 4836 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1045.00 on 19-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 480.35 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 668.00 and Rs. 614.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6101.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.02% and 19.99% respectively.

Sobha has achieved highest ever quarterly sales value of Rs 1164.20 crore in Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 1030.20 crore in Q2FY22 i.e. up by 13%. In Q1FY23, the company has achieved sales value of Rs 1145.50 crore. The company’s share of sales value stood at Rs 961.00 crore in Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 854.20 crore in Q2FY22. Average Price realization improved to Rs 8709 /sft, increased by 14.0% from Q2FY22.

Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
