Shalby is currently trading at Rs. 178.00, up by 10.20 points or 6.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 167.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 168.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 180.50 and Rs. 168.00 respectively. So far 66354 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.50 on 28-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.10 on 04-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 180.50 and Rs. 162.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1939.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.91% and 21.96% respectively.

Shalby has signed an agreement with Divine Super Specialty Hospital, a leading hospital in Ranchi having capacity of 60 beds, to establish a Franchise?Owned Shalby?Managed (FOSM) hospital in the region. This strategic collaboration marks an important milestone in company’s Franchise business plans and signifies its commitment to delivering quality healthcare services to the people of in and around Ranchi.

As per the terms of the agreement, Shalby will provide their expertise, operational guidance, specialist doctor services, supply chain and Learning & Development Support to facilitate the establishment and smooth functioning of the hospital. Divine Super Specialty Hospital (Franchisee) will be responsible for the day?to?day operations of the hospital.

This collaboration aligns with its long?term vision of expanding company’s presence and making quality healthcare accessible to a wider population.
