Sadbhav Engineering gains on raising Rs 20 crore through NCDs

Sadbhav Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 74.20, up by 0.75 points or 1.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 73.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 73.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 74.95 and Rs. 73.45 respectively. So far 36189 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 85.35 on 12-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 23.40 on 09-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 77.75 and Rs. 71.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1268.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.74%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.43% and 23.83% respectively.

Sadbhav Engineering has raised Rs 20 crore through Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 2,000 NCDs having face value of Rs 1 lakh each on Private Placement basis.

Sadbhav Engineering mainly operates in three core businesses namely roads, mining and irrigation.
