The Health Minister has confirmed that 2 people in Karnataka has been tested positive for a new covid virus i.e Omicron. They have also said that the people in contact with both the patients have been traced and are tested for the omicron virus. India has become the 30^th country in the world to detect the Omicron virus, now Omicron becoming alarming in the world. Several reports suggest that the Omicron virus is more contagious than earlier detected covid virus. As of now, it looks like the situation is under control for the Omicron virus in India but any community spread of this virus will going to impact the market.
